Anders Watson Hansen advises clients on a wide array of corporate transactions. His experience includes advising public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital firms on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestments and carve-outs, minority investments, and venture capital financings, as well as general corporate counseling.

Prior to joining Haagen & Møller, Anders worked as assistant general counsel at global investment firm Novo Holdings where he provided legal support on a variety of investments and transactions, including, amongst others, venture capital and growth equity investments, strategic minority investments, and fund investments.

Previously, Anders served as an audit trainee at Deloitte where he gained intimate knowledge of and hands-on experience with various accounting, auditing, and finance matters, which he applies in his legal practice to resolve complex legal issues involving financial aspects. He also has experience as an associate at Gorrissen Federspiel in the corporate/M&A practice group, where he primarily focused on private equity transactions, venture capital financings, and M&A disputes.
