Tomas Haagen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and commercial legal advice of strategic importance to our clients. He has advised clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, energy, and financial services and has extensive experience in both public and private M&A.

Tomas was previously the managing partner of Gorrissen Federspiel and a longstanding member of its corporate/M&A practice group which he co-headed for a number of years together with Finn Møller. 

Prior to co-founding Haagen & Møller, Tomas served as group general counsel of Novo Nordisk, where he headed a department with more than 300 lawyers. 

Tomas’ wealth of experience allows him to provide clients with strategic, business-oriented advice that takes into account not only the legal considerations but also the practical and commercial aspects of legal issues.
